1976年伝説の「ローリング・サンダー・レヴュー」のツアー・リハーサル音源をコンパイルした、究極のコンプリート・バージョン。過去にも断片的に流出していた音源を、本タイトルは1976年1月22日の「ハリケーン・カーター・ベネフィット」から、名ライブ・アルバム『ハード・レイン』収録の同年4月、クリアウォーター公演に至るまでの膨大なリハーサル音源をほぼ時系列に収録。以前からその一部は流通していた中で、今回現存する音源をすべてマスター・クオリティー、SBD音源で収めており、貴重な歴史的コンサート・ツアーの裏側をとらえた、資料的価値も高い逸品。
